    After Goni, my town has drastically gotten cool and autumn-like 😉.

      It's really hot in here now, but I really don't want a typhoon to come and change that.

        Your region sometimes has big tropical depressions, doesn't it? I think ordinary typhoons are no problem because they are not too strong. A few typhoons bring severe damage to us.

        • The region gets them. But they don't reach my area very often, and when they do is mostly the "tail of the storm" (I'm not sure if that's a very good translation). So, in most cases we just get heavy rain, and in the worst case, a lot of rain and wind during hurricane seasons. Damages might come because of land slides, and flodds, but I don't think there's ever been a strong enough wind to cause trouble.
